
Joe Revello
Veteran producer Joe Revello,
Creator and Executive Producer of Fox’s primetime series “30
Seconds To Fame,” has been producing television programming in
a variety of genres for the last 20 years. Most recently, Mr.
Revello was Senior Producer on the WB’s “Play for a Billion”
special hosted by Drew Carey, and co-created and produced the
pilot and series of the syndicated strip “Rendez-View” for
Paramount Domestic Television.
Prior to that, he produced a
number of projects and series for USA Broadcasting, Buena
Vista Television and Nickelodeon including “You’re On!,” a
hidden camera game show for kids and “The Big Help,”
Nickelodeon’s annual eight hour live star-studded event.
Previously, Mr. Revello
successfully ventured into sketch comedy by co-creating and
serving as Executive Producer of the 20th Television's award
winning syndicated series, "Culture Clash."
Mr. Revello’s several years at
FOX were highlighted by his creating and producing the highly
successful Saturday late-night series "Comic Strip Live,"
which ran on FOX for five years and 'The Sunday Comics" which
featured the irreverent "Sunday Comics Short Films," starring
many of today's top comedians.
While at FOX he also served as
Executive Producer and Development Executive for FOXLAB—the
division of FOX that pioneered such programming as "COPS",
"America's Most Wanted", "Studs" and "South Park."
Among his other credits, Mr
Revello has produced 9 network specials, over 300 hours of
Sketch and Standup
television, 100 short films and has worked with many of
today's top performers including Jerry Seinfeld, Bill Mahr,
Ray Romano, Tim Allen and Ellen DeGeneres to name a few.


Jan Maxwell Smith
Jan Maxwell Smith is both a
Talent Manager and a Producer. He has served as a Talent
Consultant to NBC, Fox, HBO, and Showtime, and has produced
numerous Industry showcases. Recently, he guided the careers
of two unknown Mid-west sketch performers to become television
series regulars—one in her third season on The WB's "Reba,"
and the other in his second season on Comedy Central's "Reno
911." He also Talent Produced Fox TV's "30 Seconds to Fame."
Prior to management, Mr. Smith co-owned The Ice House
Comedy Club in Pasadena, California and then later owned
IGBY's Comedy Cabaret in West Los Angeles where he directly
contributed to launching the television careers of such
performers as: Dana Carvey, Rosie O'Donnell, D.L. Hughley,
Kevin James, Steve Harvey, Chris Titus, and numerous others.
Mr. Smith has been asked to join the Board of Directors of The
Las Vegas Comedy Festival.
Mr. Smith has been
interviewed as a talent expert on various news magazine shows
including 60 Minutes and 20/20, plus national and local news
including CNN, KNBC, KABC, KHJ, KTTV, and Canadian Television.
He has been quoted in various articles including the Los
Angeles Times, L.A. Weekly, Daily Variety, The Hollywood
Reporter, and quoted, or referred to, in books including Judy
Carter’s book on stand-up comedy and biographies of Rosie
O’Donnell. The Hollywood Reporter has highlighted Mr. Smith
and his club, IGBY’s as the subject of a special salute issue.
Besides producing for
television, Mr. Smith has also Executive Produced several
radio talk shows and has participated in many entertainment
industry panels.
